Xofigo Therapy
Treatment for Prostate Cancer That Has Spread to the Bones
Xofigo is used for prostate cancer that has spread to the bones but is not known to have spread to soft tissues. Xofigo acts like calcium, so it naturally travels to areas where there is increased activity in the bones. Once there, it delivers radiation directly to those areas. This can help slow the cancer and reduce bone pain.
