WHAT DOES THIS SCAN LOOK FOR?
A PSMA PET scan helps your doctor find and assess prostate cancer, including areas where it may have spread.
WHAT TRACER WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive either F18 Pylarify (piflufolastat) or Posluma (flotufolastat). The tracer attaches to prostate cancer cells, making those areas easier to see on your PET images.
HOW DO I PREPARE?
