Fellowship: Hematology/Oncology fellowship at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in 2017

Additional Advanced Training: She did additional training in coagulation (hemostasis and thrombosis) at Duke University and University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  

Accomplishments: 

She is known for her research work on bleeding and clotting disorders and her prior clinical work at one of the largest Hemophilia treatment centers in the west coast before joining New Mexico Cancer Center. She has published in several reputable medical journals, including Haemophilia and has given oral presentations on her thrombosis research at American Society of Hematology and other international annual meetings.  In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, yoga and loves cooking with green chile.
