David is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and he continues to live and work there. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music at Chico State University, California, in 1976. As a musician and professional performing artist playing the electric bass he has performed with many artists and entertainers around the country. He also has worked locally with Linda Cotton from 1970's to the present day.
In 2016 a new dimension of vibration emerged and a whole new realm of creativity emerged in a world of form and color. He now created colorful digital paintings using his Corel Painter 2019 on an Apple iMac
Artist Statement
Creativity is what inspires my mind, body, and soul. Music has been the forefront in my life in performance and writing. Now I have found a new dimension in my ways to express myself. Music is a vibration that I feel in my body, color is a vibration that excites my soul. And both transform the mind.
