Experience & Interests: Dr. Pearsall joined the practice in May 2016 to help establish our Survivorship Program. He graduated from Yale University in 1971 and received his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1980. Following a Residency in Pediatrics at the University of New Mexico, Dr. Pearsall practiced emergency medicine and achieved certification by the American Board of Emergency Physicians; he was an attending physician in Albuquerque emergency departments through 2012.  Since 2012, he was a physician for the Presbyterian Medical Group, staffing the seven Urgent Care Centers in the Albuquerque area and caring for all-ages acute ambulatory patients. Seeking a more holistic and proactive approach to patient health, Dr. Pearsall completed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona in 2006.  He became certified by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine in 2010.  Dr. Pearsall believes that combining traditional medical skills with a holistic focus will help patients optimize their health and well-being.
